Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Female Tele Caller / Inbound Calling Executive for a leading healthcare organization in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience handling inbound patient calls, appointment scheduling, customer support, enquiry handling, follow-up calls, and patient relationship management. Candidates with hospital, healthcare, diagnostic centre, IVF, clinic, or medical industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming (Inbound) patient calls professionally and courteously.
  • Assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Answer enquiries regarding hospital services, doctors, departments, treatments, diagnostics, and healthcare packages.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital facilities and patient services.
  • Maintain excellent patient relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, procedures, and consultations.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, reception, billing, and other hospital departments.
  • Resolve patient queries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Update patient information accurately in CRM, HIS, EMR, or hospital management software.
  • Maintain call records, enquiry logs, and daily reports.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call quality and service targets.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies.
