We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sr. Executive – CNC Systems & Servo Drives with strong hands-on experience in CNC machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in CNC machine controls, servo drives, spindle systems, PLC integration, and industrial automation systems used in VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, and CNC machining centers.

This role involves field service, preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and customer technical support for CNC machines across manufacturing plants, machining workshops, and industrial production units.

CNC Machine Installation & Commissioning

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machines including VMC (Vertical Machining Centers), HMC (Horizontal Machining Centers), CNC Turning Centers, CNC Milling Machines, and Machining Centers.
• Setup and configuration of CNC control systems, servo drives, spindle drives, and control panels.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

• Perform breakdown troubleshooting (Electrical & Mechanical) for CNC machines and automation systems.
• Diagnose faults in servo drives, spindle motors, CNC controllers, PLC modules, power supply systems, and machine electronics.
• Provide field service support and technical troubleshooting at customer manufacturing sites.

Preventive Maintenance & Service

• Conduct preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service support for CNC machines.
• Perform machine calibration, alignment checks, geometry inspection, and accuracy verification.
• Maintain high machine performance and reliability in industrial production environments.

CNC Control Diagnostics

• Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC controllers such as Fanuc CNC, Siemens CNC, Mitsubishi CNC or equivalent systems.
• Support PLC integration and CNC automation troubleshooting.

Documentation & Customer Support

• Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, troubleshooting logs, and customer service records.
• Coordinate with application engineers, technical teams, and production teams when required.
• Provide basic technical training to CNC operators and maintenance technicians.

Field Service Operations

• Travel to customer manufacturing plants, machine shops, and industrial production facilities.
• Provide on-site support across Hyderabad and nearby industrial areas.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machine structure, machine tool systems, and machining operations.
• Hands-on experience in CNC installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of servo drives, spindle systems, CNC control panels, and industrial machine electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CNC control systems such as Fanuc CNC, Siemens CNC, Mitsubishi CNC.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, PLC control systems, and CNC machine automation.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and fault diagnosis skills.
• Good communication skills, technical reporting ability, and customer interaction experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites within Hyderabad and nearby industrial locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering.
• 4–8 years experience in CNC machine service, CNC maintenance, CNC field service engineering, machine tool servicing, or industrial automation service roles.
• Experience in manufacturing plants, machine tool companies, CNC OEM service teams, or automation service providers.
