We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Service Engineer – Industrial Automation with proven expertise in AC Drives, DC Drives, Servo Drives, VFD (Variable Frequency Drives), PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and SCADA systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and technical support for industrial automation and drive systems used across manufacturing plants, processing industries, OEM machinery, and industrial automation projects.

This role requires excellent technical problem-solving skills, field service experience, customer interaction ability, and the capability to support customers both on-site and remotely.

• Provide on-site and remote technical service, support, and troubleshooting for AC Drives, DC Drives, Servo Drives, VFDs, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Perform installation, commissioning, configuration, and startup of industrial automation systems and drive systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and system optimization for automation equipment and control systems.
• Diagnose technical faults in VFD drives, servo drives, PLC programs, SCADA systems, and industrial control panels.
• Identify root causes of system issues and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions.
• Support industrial automation projects, machine automation, and drive control systems across various industrial applications.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, project teams, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of service and automation projects.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, troubleshooting reports, commissioning documentation, and technical records for all customer visits.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior service engineers, technicians, and customer maintenance teams.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional technical service and timely issue resolution.
• Travel to customer sites, manufacturing plants, and industrial locations for service, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.

• Strong hands-on experience in Industrial Automation Service Engineering.
• Experience working with AC Drives, DC Drives, Servo Drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), PLC, SCADA, HMI, and Industrial Control Systems.
• Knowledge of automation control panels, industrial motor control systems, electrical automation, and machine automation systems.
• Experience with Siemens Drives, Siemens PLC, Siemens Automation Systems or equivalent industrial automation brands.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, electrical fault finding, and automation system diagnostics skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical analysis capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, technical reporting, and customer interaction ability.
• Ability to work independently in field service environments and industrial sites.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations and industrial plants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in Industrial Automation Service, Drive Systems Service, PLC Service Engineer, VFD Service Engineer, or Automation Maintenance Engineer roles.
• Experience working with industrial automation equipment, machine automation systems, and manufacturing plant automation.
