The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in hospital front desk operations, patient handling, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Manage hospital front office operations and reception desk
Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors
Handle patient registration, OPD/IPD entries, and billing coordination
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments
Maintain patient records, files, and front office documentation
Handle cash counter support, insurance desk coordination (if required)
Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain hospital service standards.
