The Operations & Order Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every customer order is executed and dispatched on time.

The role requires end-to-end ownership from order receipt to final dispatch, including coordination with production, stores, purchase, logistics, transporters, labour contractors, and internal teams.

The successful candidate should be a strong executor who can proactively identify bottlenecks, drive daily follow-ups, maintain inventory availability, arrange resources, and ensure timely dispatches with minimal management intervention.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment Management

• Own the complete order execution process from order receipt to dispatch.
• Monitor all pending orders and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain daily order tracking and order aging reports.
• Coordinate with sales, production, purchase, stores, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure customer delivery commitments are achieved.

Dispatch Planning & Execution

• Prepare and monitor daily dispatch plans.
• Ensure materials are packed, loaded, and dispatched as per schedule.
• Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters.
• Monitor dispatch completion and resolve delays immediately.
• Optimize dispatch efficiency and vehicle utilization.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels of all critical and fast-moving products.
• Establish and maintain minimum stock levels.
• Ensure timely replenishment of traded and manufactured products.
• Prevent stock shortages that can impact customer deliveries.
• Maintain inventory visibility across all locations.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

• Identify upcoming stock requirements based on order pipeline.
• Coordinate with purchase teams and suppliers for timely procurement.
• Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries.
• Ensure continuity of supply for traded products and raw materials.

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with factory teams regarding production priorities.
• Track production status against customer orders.
• Escalate delays and ensure timely completion of planned orders.
• Monitor production readiness for dispatch commitments.

Labour & Resource Planning

• Arrange loading and unloading manpower as required.
• Coordinate labour availability for daily dispatch operations.
• Ensure adequate manpower resources for smooth execution.

Logistics & Transportation

• Arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
• Monitor vehicle placement and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure timely movement of goods to customers.

Operations Control & Reporting

• Maintain complete visibility of all pending orders.
• Conduct daily review meetings with stores, dispatch, purchase, and production teams.
• Submit daily operational dashboards to management.
• Develop systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
