We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Professional to drive patient referrals and institutional business for our eye hospital in Hyderabad. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, government dispensaries, and community health centers to expand our clinical footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Business Development: Conduct regular field visits to private clinics, general practitioners, and neighboring hospitals to establish a robust referral network.
• Government & Institutional Liaison: Visit government department dispensaries (CGHS, ECHS, etc.) and public health units to empanel the hospital and ensure a steady flow of referred cases.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for referring doctors, ensuring they are updated on our latest ophthalmological technologies, surgical packages, and patient outcomes.
• Lead Generation: Identify and convert new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, community outreach programs, and vision screening camps.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity in the Hyderabad region and provide feedback on local market trends and pricing strategies.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed daily/weekly call reports and track the conversion rates of referrals to hospital walk-ins.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in hospital marketing. Specific experience in Ophthalmology/Eye Care marketing is highly advantageous.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Hyderabad healthcare landscape, including key residential and medical hubs.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits and doctor meets.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to explain complex medical services in a persuasive manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
