Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Medical Telecalling Executive who understands patient communication, surgical counselling, and hospital consultation workflows.
Important: This is not a BPO / Customer Support / Call Center role.
This position is strictly for candidates with hospital telecalling experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle patient inquiry calls and medical leads
• Explain hospital treatments, procedures, and surgical options
• Convert patient leads into doctor consultations
• Conduct regular patient follow-ups for consultations and treatments
• Coordinate with doctors, surgery counsellors, and hospital departments
• Maintain proper patient records and lead updates in CRM systems
• Track lead progress from Lead → Consultation → Surgery
Required Skills
Candidates must have minimum 5+ years experience in hospital telecalling or medical telecalling departments.
Experience should include:
• Handling medical or surgical patient inquiries
• Converting leads into doctor consultations
• Managing patient follow-ups and treatment discussions
• Coordinating with hospital operations and doctors
Candidates with less than 5 years hospital experience will not be considered.
Preferred Department Experience
Candidates with experience in the following hospital departments will be preferred:
• Orthopaedics
• General Surgery
• Laparoscopic Surgery
• Bariatric Surgery
• Proctology (Piles, Fissure, Fistula)
• Urology / Circumcision procedures
• Dental Surgery coordination
• Multi-speciality surgical hospitals
Experience in corporate hospitals or high-volume surgical centers will be an added advantage.
Skills & Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have working knowledge of:
• Hospital CRM systems
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Lead tracking and reporting
• Patient counselling and communication
• WhatsApp Business communication
Strong follow-up discipline, data accuracy, and reporting skills are required.
Performance Metrics (KPI)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
• Lead to Consultation Conversion Rate
• Consultation Show-up Ratio
• Support in Consultation to Surgery Conversion
• CRM data accuracy and reporting discipline
• Daily calling and follow-up reports.
