Meera Consulting Ltd is a fast-growing global consulting and professional services organization specializing in Recruitment Services, HR Solutions, Digital Marketing, Website Design & Development, IT Services, Study Abroad Consulting, and Business Consulting. We are looking for highly motivated and career-oriented individuals who are passionate about business development, sales, marketing, and client acquisition.

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Lead Generation Interns to join our remote business development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in lead generation, business development, sales prospecting, B2B sales, digital outreach, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, research abilities, and a passion for identifying potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified business leads through various online and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research and prospect identification across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain lead databases using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
  • Perform cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and business prospecting activities.
  • Generate B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and business discussions with prospective clients.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain engagement pipelines.
  • Support the sales and business development team in achieving organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in client acquisition and customer relationship management activities.
