We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with 2–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization, to manage the hospital's complete IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technical support operations.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of healthcare IT systems, hospital software, networking, server management, cybersecurity, data backup, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of hospital information systems, provide technical support to clinical and administrative departments, maintain system security, and ensure reliable IT operations to support uninterrupted hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hospital's complete IT infrastructure, computer systems, and network operations.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of HIS/HMS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, and other hospital software applications.
• Manage servers, desktops, laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance, system security, data backups, and data protection measures.
• Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other hospital departments.
• Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, permissions, and IT system security.
• Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software records, technical documentation, and system maintenance logs.
• Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure patient data confidentiality.
• Support integration between hospital systems and diagnostic equipment wherever required.
• Train hospital staff on IT systems, hospital software, and related applications.
• Prepare IT reports and provide regular updates to hospital management.
• Ensure IT systems remain available and functional 24/7 as required by hospital operations.
• Coordinate IT maintenance activities and minimise system downtime affecting hospital operations.

• B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. IT or a relevant IT qualification.
• 2–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
• Strong knowledge of hospital IT systems, including HIS/HMS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, and PACS.
• Good knowledge of networking, servers, computer hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, access management, and backup procedures.
• Experience in IT vendor management, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage IT operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Willingness to support critical IT systems according to hospital operational requirements.

Preference: Candidates with previous experience as an IT Manager, Hospital IT Executive, Healthcare IT Executive, IT Administrator, or IT Infrastructure Engineer in a hospital or healthcare organization.
