We are hiring an experienced Internal Auditor (Female) for a reputed hospital in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in hospital internal audit, compliance, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits for hospital operations, finance, and administration
• Review billing, IP/OP revenue, pharmacy, and inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and statutory regulations
• Verify TPA, insurance claims, and patient billing processes
• Identify process gaps, risk areas, and control weaknesses
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and corrective action plans
• Coordinate with accounts, billing, HR, and operations teams
• Support management in risk management and internal control improvements.

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or MBA
• Minimum 1+ year experience as Internal Auditor in hospital / healthcare
• Strong knowledge of hospital billing, TPA, insurance, and compliance
• Good understanding of internal controls and audit procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and hospital systems
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
