Ltd. is hiring a dynamic, result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong 360-degree recruitment experience in Healthcare Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, and IT Recruitment. This is a 100% Remote Work From Home opportunity for professionals who are passionate about end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Foundit (Monster), Apna, Shine, social media platforms, job portals, referrals, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and internal databases.
• Recruit for Healthcare, Hospitals, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Clinics, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Education, Construction, Logistics, and Non-IT industries.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage candidate engagement, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, candidate database, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs and hiring targets.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Strong experience in Healthcare Recruitment, Hospital Hiring, Medical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, and Non-IT Recruitment.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, Shine, Apna, and other job portals.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn sourcing, social recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and recruitment strategies.
• Experience in screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
• Experience in Healthcare Recruitment, IT Recruitment, and Non-IT Recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience in 360-degree recruitment is required.
• US Recruitment experience is NOT required.
• Immediate Joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
