Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager with proven expertise in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Strategy within the Builders and Construction sector. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships with Builders, Architects, Contractors, and Real Estate Developers, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.

This role demands a passionate professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, capable of expanding market presence, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Builders, Construction Companies, Architects, and Developers across domestic markets.
  • Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and presentations to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and distributors to ensure repeat business.
  • Plan, develop, and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote products and increase market share.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, revenue forecasts, and business growth metrics.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, construction expos, and industry networking events to enhance brand awareness.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales support, maintain customer retention, and drive brand loyalty.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably in Construction, Building Materials, or Real Estate Industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent market understanding, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business expansion.
