Position Summary

The Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, With Builders and Construction Companies and ensuring the achievement of sales and revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to expand our market presence and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Builders & Constructions Companies and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets.
  • Conduct cold calls, client visits to generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the production and technical departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the Construction or Building Material
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
