We are urgently hiring an experienced Medical Records Typist with strong expertise in Ultrasound Report Typing for a reputed healthcare organization in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing speed, accuracy, and sound knowledge of medical terminology, radiology documentation, and healthcare reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and type Ultrasound Reports accurately and efficiently.
• Handle Radiology Reports, Diagnostic Reports, and other medical documentation.
• Ensure error-free medical records with proper formatting and terminology.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare documentation standards.
• Coordinate with Radiologists, Sonologists, and healthcare professionals for report preparation.
• Review and verify reports before final submission.
• Maintain electronic medical records and hospital documentation systems.

• Strong experience in Ultrasound Report Typing
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Healthcare Documentation
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Experience in Medical Transcription, Radiology Reporting, or Medical Records Management
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is an added advantage

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Records or Ultrasound Report Typing
• Experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, or radiology departments preferred
• Graduate or equivalent qualification
